If you’d like to know the availability information of a share house, or would like to see one for yourself in person, please contact us via phone or
through our email form. Even if you haven’t decided on a share house, we’ll ask about your requirements – such as location, budget, and level of closeness between the other housemates – and introduce you to the perfect share house!
We’ll show you the rooms and shared areas of the share house that you’re considering, and give an explanation about the interior, the facilities, and the house rules.
A tenant review will be conducted after the application, and those who qualify will be notified within 1-3 business days by either phone or email.
Please note that the standards for tenant review will not be released publicly under any circumstances.

Two copies of the contract will be mailed to the customer’s home. Sign and stamp both copies. Keep one for your personal records, and please put the other into a sealed envelope and mail it back to us. Also, please complete payment of the initial fees by bank transfer before your move-in date.

Fire insurance fee (2-year renewal): 16,000 yen
Upon confirmation of the return of the contract and payment of the initial fees, we will give you the key, and explain move-in rules, etc., at an orientation. From there, it’s time to start your share house lifestyle!
